Freediving Intro

At Fusion Freediving, we offer an Introduction to Freediving course which comprises of some condensed elements of the Level 1 course and serves as a great way to sample what its like to be a freediver. This course is scheduled to run over a single day. Start with the fundamental knowledge about freediving and practice skills in the swimming pool.
We hold this course at our Freediving Centre in Amed. There are no real prerequisites to signing up for our intro courses, although the ability to swim is a basic skill that is needed.

Level 2 Freediving course

Level 3 Freediving Course

In the Wave 3 Freediving Course you will truly learn what your body and mind are capable of. It will be more than you think!
The Molchanovs Wave 3 course is the most advanced recreational freediving course that exists. You will learn all the skills you need to dive to depths of 40 metres and beyond.
You'll also learn to hold your breath for remarkable periods of time and swim through the water with total efficiency. You can always tell when a diver has taken the Wave 3 course. Because they look truly at home in the water.
A persons limits are always expanded in a patient, safe and controlled way. On the course we pay particular attention to your deep equalisation skills, depth adaptation techniques and all the mental techniques to keep you relaxed as you progress on your dives.
This is also a semi-professional certification which will allow you to be an Assistant Instructor on Molchanovs Courses. After this course you are also able to take the Molchanovs Instructor course to turn your passion into your career.
