Fusion Yoga & Meditation
The connection between mind and body that we learn from yoga becomes a powerful tool under the water while holding our breath. The aim is to have body and mind working as one – achieving a state of flow with maximum relaxation and concentration at the same time.
All classes are drop-in and open-level, suitable to everyone, not only freedivers. You can practice with a group during energetic and dynamic yoga vinyasa, restorative yoga yin or inner-journey meditation improving breath or body awareness.
In time, if you are inexperienced, you will be able to learn how to develop your own daily yoga routine to inspire your achievements in other sports. It may also assist you in tapping into your inner witness in times of stress, allowing you to see problems for what they are – passing moments and opportunities to learn.
